Rqts: Must have a Bach deg or foreign equiv in Electronic Engg, or rel fld + 5yrs of progressively resp exp in the position offd or as a HRIS/HRIT/HR Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, QA Test Engineer, Test Engineer, or a rel position. Must have 5 yrs of progressively resp exp w/ utilizing Saas technology for both admin usage, config & testing; leading & supporting complex projects & Integrations for Applicant Tracking system (Greenhouse, Jobvite, & SmartRecruiters); config & testing multiple TA systems, incl. Talentwall, LinkedIn recruiter, & Interview Schedule; bldg & maintaining dashboards using dashboarding tools like Tableau & Google suites; operationalizing GDPR &/or OFCCP into std business process, audits & training; supporting all issues & bugs around Talent Acquisition systems, process & reporting; analyzing, defining, testing & implmtg talent acquisition business processes & procedures; validating, documenting & communicating business processes & technical reqmts, as well as in depth testing release & mgmt; & managing & enhancing recruiting capacity models.
