Operations Research Analyst. Responsible for research, analysis, re-engineering and documenting of existing legacy Financial Calculation application to improve its functioning, sustainability, costs of execution. Carry out the system's operational performance, and statistical analysis to elaborate on company's integration of cloud platforms. Determine, model, prototype, and test the processes of migrating existing system components. Use the operational influences of posterior probability using Bayes Theorem in BFSI domain. Work to achieve the required level of speed, resilience, security and scalability. Prepare proof of concepts software solutions using AWS to produce, ingest and consume required amount of data from multiple sources. Analyze, design and develop enterprise wide QA plans, test strategy and test automation suits using Selenium and UFT/ Test Complete. Planning and documenting of the transition of all existing operations to AWS using Terraform, Datadog/Splunk, and AWS server-less stack of services/ dockerization. Analyze the security and maintainability of operational infrastructure using Okta and AWS Secrets Manager.
Requirements: Experience in SOA, DDD, UML,Agile, Scrum and SDLC. Hands on experience in Microsoft.Net framework/core, entity framework, dapper, mvc, multi-threading, AWS.SDK, mock, xunit, Java; strong in python pandas, numpy, boto3, pytest, angular, selenium, SQL, Splunk.Hands on experience in AWS: EC2, cloud watch, lambda, step functions, AWS fargate services, sns, sqs, s3, kinesis firehose, storage gateway, api getaway. Experience in REST, SOAP, CI/CD DevOps processes using GitLab yml and Terraform along with security using okta, Hashicorp vault/ consul. Possess strong understanding of probability analysis using Bayes Theorem, SAML assertions.Certifications required: Oracle Certified Java Associate (OCJA8); ISTQB Foundation Level and Certified Scrum Master. Must have a Bachelor’s degree or U.S. equivalent in Computer Engineering or Computer Science plus five years of post-bachelor’s progressive experience as a Senior Associate, Quality Assurance.
