Install and configure CISCOs 1800, 2800, 2900, 3800, 3900 and 7200 platforms of Routers. Responsible for Tier II WAN support/troubleshooting for transport technologies to deliver ISP Services – PDH/SDH, E1, E3, DS3, STMI, Metro-Ethernet and IMUX. Assess and provide quality assurance for provisioning of CISCO CPE and Access Router to delivery end-user service. Perform Tier II WAN support/troubleshooting for MPLS, High capacity Internet, IP Trunks, Leased Lines, LAN TO LAN and switching services. Maintain and implement routing and switching enterprise solutions by improving and optimizing design. Responsible for Tier II LAN support/troubleshooting for VLANS, VTP, HSRP, STP, PVSTP, IP Telephony Security including CISCOSs 2900, 3700, 4500 and 6500 platforms of switches. Will work at unanticipated client worksites located throughout the U.S.
Requires a bachelor’s degree in electronics & communication, electronic/electrical engineering or computer science and two (2) years of experience in the skill sets listed in the job description. Must be willing to travel and relocate.
