The County is currently seeking an effective leader, team-oriented, exceptional interpersonal skills that is highly motivated with six (6) years of professional level civil engineering experience, two (2) years of which were in a supervisory role. This position is responsible for managing, coordinating and directing the County's development management functions in regard to public infrastructure; ensures that development is designed and constructed to County codes and adopted engineering standards and policies. Performs professional level engineering oversight and inspection on difficult, complex and/or sensitive construction, reconstruction and major repair projects for the County.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a closely related field; OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience; Registration as a Professional Engineer.
