Create, Review and Revise Quality Documents Including Procedures, Instructions, Work Guidance, etc
Train Personnel as required.
Create, Implement, Perform and Report Internal Audits.
Assist Receiving, In-Process and Final Inspection Activities along with Continuous Improvement Processes
Further assist with CAPA & MRB Activities
Follow Company Policies, Employee Manual, Objectives and Procedures in addition to Verbal & Written Instructions from you Supervisor.
You must have knowledge of Blueprint Reading, ANSI Y14.5, PPAP, and use of inspection equipment such as vision (non-contact) measurement systems, optical comparators, and standard measuring equipment (IE Micrometers, Calipers, etc)
Knowledge, implementation and maintenance of ISO-9001 & AS9100 Quality Management Systems (QMS). ISO 13485 is a plus but not mandatory.
Knowledge and Experience Working with Statistical Process Controls.
Experience Implementing and Maintaining Calibration Systems.
Experience in Rubber Molding desirable but not a must.
Strong Computer Skills in Microsoft (Word, Excel Formulation, Power Point)
Read, Articulate, Write and Speak English Fluently. Bi-Lingual in Spanish is a plus.
Team Oriented and Willing to Take Responsibility for Critical Decisions.
Requirements may be waived upon the discretion based on the results of the interview.
