Hilton Head PSD, a water/wastewater utility on Hilton Head Island, SC, is seeking a licensed electrician with water/sewer utility experience, competent in reading/updating wiring schematics and NEC/NFPA codes. Preference will be given to applicants with: min. 3 yrs. experience as electrician installing and/or maintaining industrial electrical circuits and equipment, including: power control circuits, relay logic circuits, PLC and telemetry equipment.
Completion of accredited electrical apprenticeship program or military experience in electrical field; Associate's degree or certificate in electrical technology or related field preferred. All applicants must complete a PSD job application at www.hhpsd.com.
