Central San, a progressive public utility, is seeking an Associate Engineer for the Collection System Program Section of the Capital Projects Division. This position will perform responsible, professional engineering work in planning, designing, and the construction of the District’s collection system. Duties include project management during design and construction projects and supervisory duties in the operation of an assigned District function.
Education and Experience:
Five years of experience in professional engineering, preferably in District engineering projects.
Equivalent to a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major work in engineering or a closely related field.
Licenses and Certificates:
Possession of a valid California Driver’s License. A valid out of state driver’s license will be accepted during the application process. Must possess a valid California Driver’s License within 90 days of appointment.
Possession of a valid Certificate of Registration as a professional engineer issued by the State of California.
